COMBICON Printklemmen

COMBICON –

printed circuit board connectors

To industrial electronic engineers the COMBICON group offers the complete range of printed circuit terminal blocks and connectors regarding for PCB-application. For develop divisions Phoenix Contact offers as well electronic-housings, plug-in card blocks and DIN-receptacle housings.

COMBICON compact
Solutions for building services engineering and telecommunication

The new line COMBICON compact contains solutions in spring-cage as well as screw-technology for almost all appliacations concerning vuilding service engineering and telecommunication. All items of the COMBICON compact line are:

  • workable because the spring loaded connection
    is extremely strong
  • space saving due compact dimensions

  • multifunctional in connection technologies

  • functional in design and material assortment

The range of printed circuit terminal blocks

To rewire printed circuit boards user-friendly, efficient and suitable for your different applications, Phoenix Contacts are the first choice.

We offer a wide range of easy-handling PCB-blocks as well for dip solder, SMD or press-in appliances.

In addition to a large range of printed circuit terminal blocks with metric or inch pitches between 2,54 and 10,16 mm, with vertical, horizontal, angled or front conductor entry as well as screw, spring-cage or insulation displacement connection we offer connection-solutions for different appliances.

Compact spring-cage printed circuit terminal blocks

COMBICON compact spring-cage printed circuit terminal blocks are characterized by suitable using.

Everywhere where it is a fight for each millimeter of space, this space-saving printed circuit terminal block with a pitch of 5,0 mm and minimum depth is an advantage. The convenient side-by-side mounting of the individual terminal blocks in both single and double level design means terminal blocks of any number of positions can be formed.

Each item is outstandingly suited for building, control and lightning-technologies, also for telecommunication.

Headers for COMBICON compact

The male connector PST sample for using with spring-cage miniatur terminal blocks of the COMBICON compact range.

They are compatible with conventional male connectors and suitable to the reflow solder process (THR) due to their high temperature resistant materials.

The range of COMBICON compact male connectors are completed  by male connectors, which are necessary for plug-in the FK-MPT 0,5 spring-cage miniatur terminal block. Therefore permits the straightforward preassembly of equipment connections.

Plug-in card blocks SKBD

With the plug-in card blocks SKBD, the contact points of the conductor path in the printed circuit board make direct(!) contact with the fork springs of the connection elements. The outgoing conductors are clamped with sturdy screw connections. The plug-in card blocks, which are available with 8 to 24 positions and 5 or 5,08 mm pitch, come in two metal-part versions:

  • without solder pins, which allows the block to be directly mounted on any surface, and
  • with solder pins pointing downwards for mounting the block on a basic printed circuit board.

Different end brackets or guide rails are available for fastening, depending on the application requirements.

Thin coding plates, which can be inserted at a later date, ensure that different printed circuit boards (with the same geometry) are not plugged in incorrectly.

Electronic housings

Just snap in to a mounting rail 35 mm (EN-DIN) finished. There are practically no limits to your design wishes with Phoenix Contact.

Phoenix compact component housings make the assembled printed circuit board   a shock and dust-proof electronics module.

The board bases consist of modular components, therefore the surface of the printed circuit board is freely acessible.

If necessary Phoenix Contact develops and manufacture your specific housing.
