Specialist Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
This is part of your responsibility:
- Active support of our Czech and Slovakian customers.
- Service-oriented consulting also in technical questions.
- Preparation of quotations including price calculations and follow-up.
- Order processing and organization of deliveries.
- Processing of customer complaints and preparation of credit notes.
We expect the following qualifications from you:
- Successful completion of commercial training - ideally in wholesale and foreign trade.
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Fluent in written and spoken Czech and English.
- You have a high level of teamwork and reliability.
- You work in a customer-oriented manner and actively approach customers.
- You communicate effectively and constructively.
