Mobile Charging Cables from PHOENIX CONTACT

Under the "Charx connect" range, Phoenix Contact offers different charging cables for e-mobility. The charging process must be robust and resistant, but also easy to handle. High-quality, mobile AC charging cables have been developed for this purpose. Among other things, these cables are particularly characterized by silver-plated power and signal contacts, high-precision temperature monitoring and integrated interlocking. The cables are produced according to automotive standard IEC 62196-2.

 

Mobile Charging Cables Type 1

This variant is used in the North American, South Korean and Japanese regions. The charging power is 5 kW...12 kW and the number of phases is 1-phase. This variant also offers a locking option with shackle lock. Certifications for this type are VDE, CB, UL and PSE.

 

Mobile Charging Cables Type 2

This variant is used in the European, Australian, Indian, Arab and South African regions, among others. The charging power is 5 kW...26.6 kW and the number of phases is 1- or 3-phase. Certifications for this type are VDE and CB.

 

Mobile Charging Cables Type GB T

This variant is used in the Chinese regions. The charging power is 4.4 kW...24.4 kW and the number of phases is 1- or 3-phase. This variant also offers a locking option with shackle lock. Certification for this type is CQC.
