PTR HARTMANN develops, manufactures and distributes PCB switches such as rotary code switches, pushbuttons, ingenious switches, slide switches and on/off switches in a variety of standard and customized designs. Automatic function control is integrated into our automated production process with fully and semi-automatic machines.
The switchable, solderable rotary switches of the DH... series have a small overall width of 3.3 mm to 6.0 mm and are particularly suitable for installation in narrow DIN rail housings. With the optional scroll wheel, addresses or device parameters can be set easily and without tools in bus and radio applications.
Rotary code switches from PTR HARTMANN offer the latest technology for industrial applications. Durable terminal pins with clean tin surface ensure trouble-free mounting and secure connections with all common soldering materials. Low and durable contact resistance due to wear-resistant hard gold coating of the contacts. The switches with 3 3 and 4 1 connection technology are available with different operating elements.
The dual pushbutton switches can be selected from six basic series. From the smallest with 15.0 x 6.0 mm to the largest with 33.0 x 8.0 mm, the toggle switches are available with two buttons in common symbols and have 10 or 16 toggle positions.
DIP switches are available as an alternative to rotary coding switches in various sizes, pitches and numbers of poles with THT or SMT pins.
Miniature slide switches can be used as ON/OFF or toggle switches as required. These switches are both an improved replacement for jumpers and as addressing or coding switches in applications where only a limited number of settings are required.
Pushbuttons for various applications with horizontal or vertical operating orientation in all common sizes and heights. Various connection pins for wave or reflow soldering. We are happy to supply models other than those listed here on request.
Microswitches, also called snap-action switches, are available in designs A, B and D according to DIN41635. Microswitches are mainly used as limit switches. Snap-action switches are available as normally closed, normally open and toggle switches with different actuating forces and switching options.
LED elements and fiber optics for front panel mounting in compliance with the relevant standards for industrial electronics DIN 41949. Display elements are available for THT or SMD mounting in other versions among each other with 3.0 or 5.0 mm LEDs. Light guides are available as front panel components with different mounting options. Special designs are also possible.
Switches and jacks for front panel mounting, taking into account the relevant standards for industrial electronics DIN 41494.
