With reliable locking lever system and for harsh environments
TE Connectivity, the world's largest manufacturer of connectivity solutions, offers connectors in the LEAVYSEAL series that are designed for harsh environments and thus meet the high demands of the commercial vehicle industry. To ensure stability and reliability, the LEAVYSEAL connectors are equipped with lever locking. Correct alignment as well as locking of the contacts is achieved by an integrated secondary locking mechanism. The latest additions to the series include housings with cable outlet opposite to the standard housing, which offer more flexibility in design-in, and housings with smooth cable inlet, which prevent damage to the cable sheath when sheathed cables are used. End housings, mounting adapters, sliding latches and protective caps for the mating area are available as accessories for the series.
Flexible solution for a wide range of applications
The LEAVYSEAL connectors from TE Connectivity can be used flexibly. They are available in versions for 15, 18, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 39, 46, 62, 92 and 120 contacts. Furthermore, they allow the combination of different contact sizes in one housing. These sealed connectors with rectangular thermoplastic housings are suitable for flying leads, flange or PCB mounting. The products of the LEAVYSEAL series are mainly used in the fields of trucks, buses, off-road vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, dump trucks, forestry vehicles, yachts / sport boats and motorbikes.
