HARTING is expanding its portfolio with the new ICC series (Installation Circular Connectors) in size 20 – a robust, modular circular connector with bajonet locking, specially developed for demanding industrial applications.
The ICC 20 offers an optimal connection solution for industrial applications with limited installation space. Its round design makes it particularly suitable for applications such as industry, robotics, energy technology, automation and mobile machines where classic rectangular connectors cannot be used. Despite its compact design, it offers space for up to 28 contacts (Han D incl. PE) and is suitable for the transmission of power, signals and data.
The integration of over 50 different application variants and the option of tool-free connection technologies such as push-in ensure high adaptability and easy installation.
All enclosures in the ICC20 series offer high protection ratings (IP67/IP69) against the ingress of dust and water and are EMC-shielded – for maximum signal integrity even in demanding environments. HARTING offers the ICC20 4/3 (‘4Slash3’) connector for controlling and supplying drives in robotics and automation. It combines four power contacts (up to 40 A), three signal contacts (up to 10 A / 250 V) and one PE contact in a compact insulating body. Proven Han® C and Han D® contact technologies are used.
The single-pole version is available for particularly energy-intensive applications, such as welding robots or heavy-duty robotics. It transmits up to 400 A at 600 V and is ideal for mobile machines and energy network infrastructure.
